SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
Goggles will ship within 2 business days and apparel is made to order so it will ship within 2-5 business days.
US orders are shipped via USPS and international orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. US shipping is free in our commitment to keep prices as low as we can and eliminate barriers to entry in the sport. At this point in time we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping internationally.
International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), meaning customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and the ability to track it via the Shop app. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within a week of purchase, please contact info@ebizaski.com and we will fix it ASAP!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time we are sadly unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders placed outside of the US. Please contact us at info@ebizaski.com if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to remedy it.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day US return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Please note, you will not be refunded for initial shipping charges. To be receive a return, goggles and apparel must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags.
If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day US exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and without tags.
If your exchange is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. You will be issued a full refund within a week of if approved.
You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If, for any reason, we cannot issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in store credit or an alternate method of refund.
